SPX 800 will not be breached again this year. Not only will it be "breached", it will be taken out decisively by anywhere from 15 - 25%. And, I am betting my money on that. Longs will pray that the market returns to the October lows before this year ends. Yes, this will be a 4th down year and yes all the permabulls will be wrong again. The market will turn upward in a sustained fashion if and when everyone quits calling the bottom. Not until then. best... LIG
