The Southern California economy is stronger than Northern right now. Homes seem to have capped out but Condos are still reaching up in a haphazard fashion.

Condo pricing is irrational with two nearly identical units asking widely different prices. I've seen units in $380k buildings being offered at $980k for no apparant reason. The end is near.
