History will show a combination: France went for the illegal block on Powell's knees(that's a 15yrd penalty, could get them ejected, & keeps him mad for a while). Germany & Russia both gave him shots(still checking the replay to see if they were legal). At the same time, the neocons caught a piece of his jersey from behind & stopped any chance of forward progress. The problem is the neocons are his teammates.
