You are right, the preferred are now common. I believe there were around 3.2 million preferred shares still outstanding. Meaning, common shares have increased by .....1.39*3.2.......or=4.45 million. Give or take some. But now MVL saves around 2.7 million in dividends a year. I like that.

The last thing we have now are the 12% senior notes of 150 million. With a increasing cash flow and 53 million in cash already on hand, look for that to go away in mid 2004(June?). I hope, I think, I believe it will. If that happens, well gosh darn! we have a debt free company. Nice.

Anyway, things are going great for MVL. Marvel is ROLLING down hill picking up speed my friend. Just sit back and relax.............things are only going to get better for Marvel.
