This thread has been awfully quiet for a stock that has gained over 50% in the past couple of months. I was in the market for a new mixer so I went down to my local audio store and checked out their gear. They had a brand new 40.8 mixer which had just arrived! So based on a sample of size one it looks as though these are now shipping. I was looking for a mixer that would serve as a live sound mixer for a small band, and also give me some extra microphone inputs when 8 track recording (I already have a Soundcraft RAC-PAC). I ended up buying an MS1402, the closest contender was a Souncraft Folio F1 which I might have chosen if the mixer was for home studio use only but which did not look like it would stand up to live performances. The salesman said that he had sold loads of 1402s.

I considered taking some profit on my stock which I bought just below 8 in November (my unrealized gain is more than enough to pay for that mixer) but it seems as though they are turning the corner as far as shipping their new products goes and if the digital prodcuts come out this year that should really boost their sales.

Go Mackie!
