David Re...He did win the office, fair & square, just as Bush did -- although with less controversy. While I thought he ran an incompetent administration, at no time did I come to a point of wishing failure on his administration for political purposes. I believe many democrats are, today, at this point.

Just as I thought, you never said that Bill wasn't your president. As far as the failure thing, I think most reps, and dems. secretly hope that their opponents fail just enough to make their candidate a winner, but nobody wants the opponent to fail badly enough to affect the country.

seldom agree with Joe Biden. But I just heard him on Hardball and he has the proper take on it: Basically, he says he doesn't agree with everything that was done to get us here, but we're here, and everybody (Daschle was mentioned) ought to just shut up.

I like Biden. I don't know too much about his politics other than what I see, and usually that concerns foreign relations, but he has good ideas.
