Compared to Bill's, GW's character is a great improvement. Quality, has yet to be decided. We will probably know a great deal on that account within 2-3 wks.

You will know nothing in 2-3 weeks that you don't already know now. Making war is rudimentary. He's already failed at the hard stuff.
