Yes, I've got to agree that a good number of ventures were built on very shakey ground. But, the bubble bursting not only hurt a good number of previously 'solid' businesses, but also has severely repressed venture capital and cap ex spending on new technology. As far as the 'Clinton' comment; it's funny how Republicans seem to have a motto that people should take individual responsibility, but that doesn't seem to apply when their leaders are in. Bush has made the situation much worse, and the countries economic confidence is down sharply because of it.
