Ashok Kumar is my favorite semi analyst. I think it is kind of misleading to characterize Mr. Kumar as bullish/bearish. His official rating on Intel is overweight with a $19 price target, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he would buy the stock today. He sells to an institutional client that is much more concerned with what he has to say rather than his price target or official opinion on the stock. Also note that he has a general positive bias toward Intel--he used to work there.
