...and I say let those that want to learn french go out and do it (with their own after tax dollars). We don't need it, for the most part don't want it and sure as hell resent being FORCED to pay for it. cretien wanting to extort another billion, most likely 4 to 5 billion, is nothing more than admission that the french assimilation we have been paying for for several decades is a failure.
By the way, is it legal to speak English in quebec???? Is quebec bilingual???
