I think the problem with these polls is the term "support". Do you "support the troops", Do you "support the president". Most folks including those that think Bush is a complete idiot will answer "yes" to a do you support? type of question. What they need to ask is whether the Bush administration is "on the right track", and whether people would vote for Bush again.
