I didn't say anything about Clinton. He was a crook in his own right. I don't know why Clinton didn't do more for the environment? He certainly let the environmental community down. Perhaps the technology just wasn't there during the Clinton years. He did have that car of the future program with Detroit. But, while I applaud Bush for his hydrogen proposal, I have to see it for what it really is. Just a token effort. If the government was serious about doing something about hydrogen, they'd implement a Manhattan project and pour all their resources into it. We've shown many times in the past from the Manhattan Project to the Man on the Moon space program that we can accomplish incredible goals if we just put our minds and money to them.
