If you get a chance to watch PBS News pay attention to the final segment about Risks of War. The failure to capitalized on opportunity and hubris risks caught my attention. With respect to the latter, your link to prospect.org is appropriate. The quote Richard Perle, who chairs the administration's Defense Policy Board and serves as a kind of unmediated id of the neoconservative movement, told reporter Robert Dreyfuss in the new issue of The American Prospect that to other regimes in the region, the United States means to "deliver a short, two-word message: You're next." portends disaster.
