If you agree with those fundamental principles (which I do) then you are a lot closer to the stated goals of the American Libertarian Party than you may know.

Now, there are some libertarian thinkers still in the Republican Party, and there might even be a few people in the Democratic Party who generally (or in certain cases) support Libertarian goals.

But, for sure, there are a lot more of them in the Libertarian Party.... And, if not for a poorly reasoned Supreme Court decision allowing States to ban 'political fusion' voting (which decision was supported by both of the dominant Parties to keep out competition)... then I believe BOTH of these branches of the 'Republi-crat' Party would be well on their way to either extinction, or reform, or a re-discovery of true American values.
