Did you notice what the International Tribunal in The Hague is using in the trial of Slobodan Milosovich?

Yet again: I am in way convinced - not the least of which having demonstrated the extreme stupidity that you have thusfar - that you're in any position as to posit definitively as to the nature of any particular legal system. Nor have you shown any ability, or willingness, to cite the claims made amidst your absurdist blathering.

But if are so inclined, I'd be pleased to see some documentation stating that those proceedings were identical to those applied within the U.S. court system.

(Still, that has little if anything to do with the UN, which was your original conspiratorial focus vis a vis what would and would pass the burden of proof, and setting completely aside that you haven't provided a compelling basis for which that should be - let alone is - the standard.)

Duh.

You're not kidding - some folks don't learn. Bitchslapped and itching for more, are you?
