Well, we just spent 50 million trying to get Saddam on the first shot. The Washington Post is now reporting the CIA had a bead on him. Indeed, had Bush gotten him on the first shot, the Bush legend would have spread faster and wider than any Western gunslinger legend ever told. It didn't happen, however.

Interestingly, I just saw on CNN some video of the attack. What I saw I found interesting. There are some earlier explosions that are centralized to one area and then flashes of light on the ground away from that area. Does that mean not all bombs hit the intended target?
