Their recent pop two days ago was likely a transient event, based on GERN's equally unsustainable pop.

I sold my few shares into the pop. Given that they are trying to sell stock equivalent to over 85% of the company at $0.33, I don't see a price greatly in excess of that being sustainable in the short term.
Unless, of course, someone tries to buy the company before the meeting in April to approve the refinancing.
