Will it be possible for any other company to do the same thing cdwn is doing in the state of virgina? 3.Penn National is a public company that is quite similiar to cdwn, they have a racetrack and otb locations. I remember when this stock took off a couple of years ago. What do you think these two companies have in common? I am impressed with the $7 a share in cash cdwn has and am seriously thinking about openig a position after i research it a little more.
