It is much more than simply emotional.

I understand what you are saying. I also said that "If they don't get France they don't get reconcilliation in Europe".
I believe that and throw in Russia and China and the "healing" will come faster than you suspect, I suspect <g>.
Much will have to do with the prospects of this administrations re-election.
