No, mumps vaccines are not going to be useful here. This class of viruses is pretty extensive, including also measles as well as many lesser-known bugs. Vaccines are very specific - thus a measles vaccine doesn't protect you against mumps and vice versa.

Ribavirin may be of help in treatment. That might help RNA, although longer-term RNA's prospects are likely not good.
