Yes the US says that it will prosecute the Iraqi leaders as War Criminals yet is not prepared to recognise an international tribunal itself! - shades of the World Court and the mining of the harbour? And I guess the murder of Sadaam will save the US the embarrasment of his revelations once in the dock. But IMO if the US puts the remaining Iraqi Leadership on trial there will be no shortage of the world's top legal minds willing to defend them. Better murder the lot - sorry 'assisinate' them isn't this the cosher word? This war is going to sicken people - easy to brag and swagger your way into war - far more difficult to justify the slaughter - for what? WMD, Regime Change, take your pick - but don't mention oil or Israel's agenda. Fortunately there are still some decent war correspondents in Bagdad - so we should get some proper reporting and be able to ignore the uniformed cheerleaders from the networks.
