I believe BFX started trading on Toronto Stock exchange around 10-20cts. It then quickly moved up to the 20-50ct range. I don't know why it started so low. Maybe someone else can say, but two years ago, BFX wasn't making any money so I guess it fit the description of "penny" stock well. Now it's a completely different company but this isn't acknowledged by the market. But eventually, it will be if things keep going the way they are.
