Our prime ministre has suggested that we refrain from criticism of the US invasion at this time, lest it encourage iraqui resistance and prolong the conflict ..... while i think it doubtful that any defenders are reading these threads, there is at the same time a profound sense of resignation, so i may to some extent take his hint

There have been contributions to democracy from the US, many strong and righteous ones ... just not lately, is all .... but you have your part in the progression that started way back in ancient tribal chief-villager dynamics and will go on as long as the species survives, never doubt it
