the deficit will explode as long as we want to be rule the world, and inflation will come big time, down the road. Max, I don't see the "rule the world" approach of the Bush administration as something that will last. The possibility is that in the coming months/years, the US governments will come to realize why such strategy is not a good idea. Only from practical application of such thinking will it change attitutes. Otherwise such ideas will persist for a long time. Well, I am an optimist. Sometimes short term miscalculations might be a good thing for the future. btw--when you reply..don't lose your temper.<g>
