LAS VEGAS, NV--(INTERNET WIRE)--Mar 20, 2003 -- Millenium Holding Group, Inc. (OTC BB: MNHG) management updates the public on various corporate issues.
Richard Ham, CEO/President of Millenium Holding Group, Inc. stated, "We have a majority written consent of the shareholders (Information Statement Pursuant to Section 14C filed with and accepted by SEC on February 12, 2003) which enables the Company to issue Preferred non-voting shares. Management feels this strategy enhances Millenium's ability to accomplish its financing objectives for acquisitions and operations."



Mr. Ham added, "Information relating to our new corporate image program will begin over the next few weeks. This new corporate image will entail the release of our new tradename identity, logo, and website.
