Kim Jong-il has been the same for a long time. clinto ignored him, and kim jong-il ignored the treaty he signed with clinto. Now NK needs more food and more money....kim jong-il is pitching an international fit, and everyone expects American to jump in there and fix it. Japan, SK, China have a much bigger stake in worrying about him than we do... Diaper, you bitch saying that President Bush is acting unilaterally in Iraq(even though we have over 40 countries now on board) and you bitch because USA is NOT acting unilaterally in the case of NK. Sounds like more pinhead whining to me.
