I would tell the security council that the problem is all theirs,I would inform the world that America will no longer solve world problems and next I would inform the(little dacholes counterpart) leader of north korea that if he even fucking looks at America cross eyed he will be nuked within 10 minutes of the percieved threat,and that if there was even a rumor of arm sales the same would happen........
