Scott, I agree with you that the stock continues to look cheap - that's why I bought some! I think it could easily hit 2$ which would put it's pe at 10 (based on fully diluted earnings), which is still lower than a lot of other financial institutions. On the positive side of the latest release - revenues are growing nicely. Perhaps it just a matter of getting better cost controls at OVL?
