Bert... In case you haven't noticed the Americans have seen very little action as they move their tanks towards Baghdad. I realize the markets want "shock and awe," they ain't gonna it just yet because it just so happens the administration understands that a strong use of force would absolutely level civilians and army personnel alike. IMO, they're all waiting in the capital...I'm betting it'll get real ugly in the ME and of course the markets where the simpleton investors want this thing over in a hurry. Personally I don't think it'll be that easy...but what I'm saying is we'll get a sweet spot to take a position here shortly because of grand expectations. Regards, Frank P.
