cbc.ca Interesting on CBC they are talking about what a dud the patriot missile is. Apparently best guess is from 0% to 4% success rate in taking out scud warheads in Gulf War. I guess like many folks I didn't know that. They say 'intercepts' typically mean that their paths crossed in flight. I guess they could wave at the scud at least or flip it the bird ? disclosure I don't own RTNb but I used to. EDIT Raytheon declined to speak to CBC
