Hi Amy, If you read the print re: the UN charter, you'll find that it does not preclude one nation going to war with another without the sanction of the UN. My take on it is; the main reason that China is opposed to the war is that when it's over, chinese printing will be found on certain "objects" that were "not supposed to be" in Iraq. Same applies with the French. The Germans are trying to forget WWII, and the Russians are to poor to take any action at all. Regards.
