Hi bazan, A follow up to my earlier reply. We started to get the answer today on CTIC - took a while pushing against that 7.75 - 7.95 level. Late day rallies have been the intraday pattern recently. Volume today was about average if you discount the several recent spikes (about the 11 d SMA level with the spikes). Encouraging that while it didn't hit 8 until the last 15 minutes of the day, once it did, it never pulled back under and more than 25% of the day's volume happened in that last 15 minutes.
