I agree about the large position amongst management. The downside to greed, however, is that they have more information and can "play" more. This run up is pretty good, but I'm sure it's purely a war rally. ORCL's CC pronouncements will eventually play a role in getting this lower. Still, they didn't lower expectations, just said that estimates were going to be difficult to meet. I don't see it going below 10. If so, ehas is right and you should back up the truck.
