Carter is a rather special person - an Ex-President. As such he should understand what a difficult job his successor has. He has done nothing but make Mr. Bush's job harder and THAT is what caused me to lose respect for the man. His behaviour looks even worse in light of the FACT that no one heard a PEEP out of the guy for eight years of a democrat's morally dicy Presidency.

As to his personal views on anything, I could not possible care less.
