I am in the Netherlands now because my wife is posted here, still with the State Department (which I left in 2000 to do this full-time). The road from where I was to here covers a lot of ground in the US, Europe and Africa over the last couple of decades.

XMSR will make or break based on their subscriber numbers. If you see a pattern like NXTL where growth is good and churn is low, stick with them. But if they disappoint I would bail.
