Turkey would agree to let US provide air cover for Turkey's raid into Kurdistan

I saw nothing that points in that direction. For now, it seems no Turkish troops in Northern Iraq = no air space for US planes.

Do you know if Turkey has already moved into Iraq?

Not that I have seen.

By the way, what I have read in the past few weeks suggests that Turkish army has been omnipresent in (max 30 km into)Northern Iraq since about 1995 or so. Not sure if this is correct. It is just referred to pretty often.
