Good point on the technology gap. I believe there's a tendency that the other countries are catching up. U.S. need greater efforts to stay ahead. Other reports already point out that Israel has had a potential wiretap on every phone in America for years, along with the ability to monitor and record who any person is calling, anywhere in America.
