Another canard Art...The apparent reason they resigned is because they were ineffective in policy and decision making. Too bad they didn't stick around to try and make a difference.

I think the major reason military officials resigned was because they questioned a draft dodger's legitimacy to become the Commander in Chief. Many did stick around to insure they would make a difference and to confront Clinton on such issues as gays in the military.
