RW, Yes, the general stock market seems to be reflecting very little fear of downside at the moment. I am really starting to wonder as to what the ultimate top would be even if the war were to be over shortly with no complications? Dow 8500? 8700? 9000? I was talking to someone the other day and he said, "I missed the war rally in 1991 and I am not going to make the same mistake this time." I really wonder how many people are operating with this mindset? DB
