TechMASTER, FYI

I reported what I have heard and I stated that it was a rumor. If you feel that it is B.S. then so be it, but I stated that it was only a RUMOR. I will attempt to call ALYD tomorrow and see what they have to say about it. Until then I consider it a valid rumor.

If you know anything about this company you would realize that even though their tool is 90% automated, they have to spend about 50% of available resources to address the 10% that SmartCode does not. Any company that depends on "bodies" will face problems due to the shortage of programmers. Jeff Mitchel made a post a while ago on the year 2000 thread that contained a article that addressed this problem. I would advise you to look at the Dow Jones article again, it has some information on this. Gruder stated that their biggest problem was getting enough bodies, what makes you think that they do not even have a bigger problem now. They are no where near what Gruder said they would be in terms of personnel.

Yes, I did buy CSGI and you are correct that it has not moved YET, but it was the correct move IMO, because I feel that it is due for another run shortly. Keep in mind that I also purchased IMRS and VIAS on the same day,I don't fall in love with y2k companies like some folks do, I invest based on my analysis.

I am sorry you don't have the technical analysis tools that I have that caused me to make the correct decision and sell ALYD stock on 7/18.

JUST FOR THE RECORD, HERE IS THE SIGNALS I RECEIVED ON THAT DAY.

Technical data for Alydaar (ALYD) on 7/18/97

Analysis of the rate of change of the exponentially smoothed average price suggests that a cycle top is forming. The rate of change is now declining indicating distrubution is taking place. This is a bearish reversal indication in this market.

The 21 day stochastic has crossed the 80% line and is decreasing accompanied by decreasing volume accumulation. This is a strong bearish indication that a price reversal to the downside is now taking place. This type signal is often followed by further downward price movements.

The Money Flow Indicator has reveresed itself and is now moving in a downward direction. This is a bearish reversal indicating that money is moving from this equity into others. This type of reversal is often followed by a downward movement in the equity price.

The Money Flow RS Indicator has crossed the 80% line and is moving to the downside. This is a bearish reversal indicating that money is flowing out of this equity which is often followed by decreases in equity price.
