Well, in a way the reconstruction and reshaping of the society may be better off if these thugs choose elimination at this stage. Unfortunately, it will mean that some innocent people will die.

I wonder if anyone has a statistic on how many people per day died as a direct result of Saddam's regime??? (Iran, Kuwait, Kurds, ruthless elimination of potential internal opponents, etc.). I am willing to bet that the number would be way higher than the number of killed per day during this conflict so far.

And yet the world condemns us before they condemn him. That attitude, I think, will change eventually. But for now the pot stirrers are out in force worldwide.
