And KWG Resources Inc.-Three Holes Completed In Lowlands Target Friday March 21, 12:15 pm ET TORONTO, ONTARIO--Spider Resources Inc. ("Spider" 49%) and joint venture partner KWG Resources Inc ("KWG 51%) announce the completion of three diamond drill holes on the James Bay Lowlands base metal property. The holes were collard to test the extent of an occurrence of sulfide mineralization encountered in previous drilling in the late fall of 2002 utilizing ("R.C.") techniques (Spider press releases October 10, and 23). This mineralization consisting of an 8- meter intersection averaged 1.61% Cu., 0.34% Zn., 0.13%Pb., 9.9g/t Ag., and 0.13g/tAu; individual sections run as high as 7.09% Cu. and 4.67% Zn. ADVERTISEMENT The current program has two holes drilled under the original intercept at a vertical depth of 160 meters in the first hole and between a vertical depth of 50 and 80 meters in the second hole. A third hole has been completed 100 meters to the Northeast along the projected strike of the zone. Samples from all holes will be submitted for analysis; analytical results are anticipated in a few weeks. Drilling is continuing with an additional three holes planned. Management knows of no other material changes other than the above which would effect share activity.
