No doubt, Saddam Huessein has run his country into the ground. He is a fool. He could have built his people a beautiful country with all the oil wealth he was sitting on and still lived a great life for himself. But, he chose war, avarice, and repression. He built massive palaces, while infrastructure and human needs went unheeded. Adios Saddam!
