I highly recommend Be Careful Who You SLAPP as an absolute MUST for investors and those who are concerned with corporate abuse! It's amazing what lengths the corporations in the book went to to hide the truth from stockholders. It reads like a John Grisham book only it's ALL true. It's now available on Amazon.com and judging by the number of customer reviews, it seems to be quite popular.
