The Corporation continues, at the time of writing, to actively submit bids on several significant personnel armour contracts. The Corporation meanwhile continues its R&D and testing program for personnel and vehicular armour panels for military and police applications.

The Corporation's general and administrative, interest and depreciation expenses were $420,000 during the three months ended January 31, 2003 as compared to $365,000 for the same period last year. Net income was $344,000 as compared to a net loss of $273,000 for the first quarter ended January 31, 2002. The significant increase was a result of much stronger armour sales in the quarter.
