I don't think it is aimed at J6P but at the Iraqis.... All I know is the US military announced in 1991 that they had wiped out all kinds of things on the first day of the war and it all turned out to be some kind of weasel words and much less damage had been inflicted than they claimed. Now it is more in terms of "everyone is already surrendering, or negotiating for peace" etc. maybe they are, maybe they aren't.... When I follow the peace talks link on the CNN site I get some vague story about Iraqi exiles talking to Iraqi commanders...
