Saw a young hedge fund guy on Kudlow and Cramer. He runs a long /short fund. By late last week and early this week they had closed out all their shorts and where way long... except for one short.... TOT Total Elf Fina, the French oil company. Not suggesting this as a short, too many Wall Street people may have already shorted it.
