We'll be OK. Notice there haven't been any more successful terrorist attacks on the US? And, once Saddam is gone, I think the incidence will DECREASE, not increase. It will drive home the point to gov'ts in that area just what the cost of tolerating terrorists can be.

Another thing I would like to see is US postwar aid to Afghanistan and Iraq and a military gov't in Iraq to write a Constitution and set up a democracy. The WORST thing the US could do to al Qaeda, et al, would be to establish prosperous working democracies in that area.
