If the Iraq War wipes out any known terrorists that's great, but I'll believe it when I see it. This is a massive regime change not a counter-terrorism operation. Islamics are traditional enemies of Saddam, including Iran and Osama Bin Lauden. if you were a terrorist Iraq would be a bad place to hide, though some like Abu Nidal did move there.
