New bull? Geeze Bob, I hope we see lots of that talk One thing that I am reading which seems to be gaining momentum is the idea of the inverse H&S on the DOW weekly. However, it looks terrible given the weak right shoulder but nonetheless there is much more chatter now. It would a cozy way to end this don't you think?. We ramp to break the neckline, maybe tack on a few hundred points for good measure and then it would fail trapping herds of bulls.
